Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team. You will oversee nursing care, guide staff on patient-centered care plans, and ensure adherence to established procedures with empathy and accountability.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS within one year, and CRRN within a year. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with two years of inpatient experience and prior leadership experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within one year of start.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized patient care programs, policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management and staff.
• Supervise nursing care and services on assigned shifts/unit.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback, conduct evaluations and manage staff performance.
