Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies as appropriate.
• Excellent written, verbal and computer skills required.
• Demonstrated abilities with problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in groups of employees and with patients and patient families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assigns staff to patients per current clinic workload, considering acuity, staff experience and learning needs.
• Participates in performance management of staff, including coaching and evaluations; initiates disciplinary action as appropriate.
• Addresses conflicts to maintain smooth clinic operations.
• Performs service recovery to promote patient and employee retention.
• Facilitate orientation and training for employees.
• Serves as liaison with other departments and clinics concerning services offered by the office.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
