Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates as first line supervisor to staff and provides direct assistance.
• Participates in performance management including coaching and evaluations.
• Facilitates patient flow and flexes staff schedules to ensure clinical coverage.
• Facilitates timely throughput to optimize clinical capacity.
• Performs service recovery to promote patient and employee retention.
• Addresses conflicts and mediates discussions to maintain smooth operations.
• Participates in Quality and Patient Safety improvement initiatives and committees.
• Develops orientation for new staff with the leadership team.
