Job summary

Dartmouth Health in New Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide autonomous, evidence-based patient care across the care team. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.

• Advocate for patients and uphold autonomy per ANA Code of Ethics.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in governance of nursing practice.
