Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Use the nursing process to monitor and adjust care as patient status changes.
• Advocate for patients and uphold autonomy in decision-making with informed consent.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in governance of practice.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate care with the health team.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
