Universal Health Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee nursing services at our facility. The role provides administrative and clinical leadership, supervising direct patient care and nursing management while ensuring safety and quality care.

You will train staff, educate patients and families, and model best practices in crisis management and milieu supervision. Current NC RN licensure is required, with inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• One year inpatient psychiatric experience with adults, adolescents and/or children preferred.
• One year of progressive experience in management and/or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for nursing services at the facility.
• Supervise direct patient care, nursing management, assessments, and crisis management.
• Ensure environmental safety for the patient population.
• Provide training and education to staff, patients, and families.
