Universal Health Services is seeking leadership to direct nursing care for patients in a psychiatric/rehabilitative setting. You will oversee Lead Mental Health Technicians, Mental Health Technicians and Nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a nursing degree, NC RN licensure, and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with preference for psychiatric/mental health expertise and strong policy implementation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing.
• At least 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Current North Carolina State Registered Nurse License
• Current North Carolina Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification
• CPI Certification
• Knowledge of psychiatric, medical, and rehabilitative procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable State and federal regulations and JCAHO standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

· Associate of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Experience:

· At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing.

· At least 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

· Knowledge of milieu management.

· Ability to direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.

· Ability to accurately administer medication and monitor side-effects.

· Ability to safely implement Special Treatment Procedures.
