Telecare Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Team Lead Unlicensed to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate services for a residential program. This 100% onsite role demands supervision of clinical staff and delivery of therapy to a caseload of up to eight clients.

Schedule is full-time with on-call rotation; starting wage is $72,808.63–$89,871.72, with geographic differentials. Requirements include a Master's in Social Sciences, QMHP certification, and at least one year of

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences or Social Services.
• Must have QMHP Certification through MHACBO.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.

Responsabilités

• Assist program leadership with clinical services and standards of care for clients and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and group therapy, carrying a caseload of up to 8 clients.
• Communicate with community partners and local systems of care.
• Oversee documentation by clinical staff and assist with audits of Clinical Charts for compliance.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations and terminations of clinical staff.
