Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Oregon is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Community Based Behavioral Health ACT program (204). This leadership role blends clinical nursing, supervision, and community-based care, with a schedule that avoids traditional hospital shifts.

You will lead a small team of three RNs, coordinate with psychiatry and case management, and help members build stability and recover in their communities. The position offers typical hours 8:30–5:00 and a Monday–Friday style schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with two (2) years of psychiatric nursing experience OR
• Master’s degree in Nursing with one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Oregon
• Ability to meet applicable driving requirements for a community-based position
• CPR, BLS AHA, and CPI certification requirements must be met on the date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and supervisory leadership while remaining actively connected to member care
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of three Registered Nurses
• Coordinate nursing care with psychiatry, clinical staff, case management, and other members of the treatment team
• Provide nursing assessments, interventions, medication oversight, and administration as needed
• Support members with education regarding medications, physical health, side effects, wellness, and recovery
• Oversee medication management and infection-control practices
• Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Build therapeutic relationships with members served in community settings
• Provide nursing consultation and education to program staff
• Support quality-improvement and member-safety initiatives
• Assist with linkages, referrals, discharge planning, and coordination with outside healthcare providers and community resources
• Provide feedback, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development support to nursing staff
• Partner with program leadership regarding staffing, nursing operations, clinical quality, and program needs
• Participate in a scheduled leadership on-call rotation
• Because ACT services are community based, this position includes providing services and support in a variety of community settings.
