Qualificações

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Typically requires 3 years of inpatient nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides work direction to staff for coordinating resources to support procedures and smooth patient flow.
• Promotes quality patient care and advocates for patient and staff rights.
• Facilitates communication among patients, families, hospital departments, and medical staff; liaises between medical and nursing staff.
• Develops intra- and inter-departmental relationships and coordinates with suppliers and representatives.
• Ensures policies and procedures comply with medical center, nursing, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with manager on ongoing process improvement and staff development; provides educational programs.
