Job summary

The (Supervisory) Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager (NM) in overseeing operations of a nursing unit/patient care area. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership.

Preferred Experience: 2–3 years Urgent Care, ER, Primary Care and/or Charge Nurse/Supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate patient care and staff

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required in accordance with policy.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing and licensed to practice in the United States; ACEN/CCNE accreditation or bridge options may apply as described in the qualification standard.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing registration in a U.S. state, territory, or D.C. (GNT exception for temporary appointment during licensure pursuit)
