AllHealth Network is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead our Sage Ridge Recovery team in Watkins, CO. You will provide clinical leadership, nursing supervision, and direct client care across a continuum of behavioral health services, including detox, residential recovery, and outpatient supports.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license.
• BSN is required.
• No current or former clients or family members employed at AllHealth Network facilities.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor documentation and oversee care delivery to meet regulatory standards and contractual requirements.
• Foster staff development and competency through supervision, coaching, trainings and in-services.
• Promote positive culture of collaboration within AllHealth Network.
• Work with Manager and Director to develop department objectives and strategies to maximize staff efficiencies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure performance standards and workloads are met.
• Provide supervision, coaching and nursing expertise to staff; perform audits of nursing documentation.
