Job summary

Health Solutions West is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing services across Withdrawal Management and Residential Treatment in Grand Junction. This role focuses on clinical leadership, program quality, and consistent care delivery.

The Nursing Supervisor will supervise all nursing staff, drive staff education, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations. Must have RN license in CO, 3+ years in relevant settings, and a valid CO driver's license.

Qualifications

Unrestricted RN license in CO or Nurse Licensure Compact state.
Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in behavioral health/substance use disorders.
Leadership, supervision, staff education or QA experience preferred.
Driver's license and reliable transportation during work hours.

Responsibilities

Provides clinical and operational leadership for nursing services across Withdrawal Management and Residential Treatment.
Directly supervises all nursing staff in these programs, including lead RNs.
Collaborates on QMAP supervision with clinical and program leadership.
Implements standardized nursing workflows and staff education to improve quality and safety.
Ensures HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and policy compliance in nursing practices.
