Job summary

AllHealth Network is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our Sage Ridge location in Watkins, CO, delivering behavioral health services as needed. You will assess patients, perform admissions tasks, document observations, and contribute to care planning within a collaborative team.

The role requires an active Colorado RN license, an Associate's degree in nursing, and CPR/First Aid certifications. PRN shifts, minimum 3 per month, with a pay rate of $52 per hour plus a $6 shift differential for

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Current Colorado RN license in compliance with regulations.
• Current 1st Aid and CPR certifications.
• 1 year of experience in substance use disorder/behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document clients' vital signs and conditions.
• Provide care in emergencies with triage.
• Chart observations and conditions for detox period.
• Create medical treatment plans based on assessments.
• Mentor LPN, BHT, and HCA functions.
