Job summary

AllHealth Network’s Sage Ridge location in Watkins, CO seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in our detox and residential programs. You will assess patients, document vital signs, triage emergencies, and develop treatment plans in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment.

The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing and an active CO RN license, CPR/First Aid, and preference for 1 year in substance use/behavioral health. Flexible shifts and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing.

• One year of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document vital signs, pain, and emotional state for detox clients.
• Provide care in emergencies with triage capability.
• Chart observations and conditions during detox.
• Complete documentation and chart checks accurately.
• Perform admission nursing assessment and review admit form.
• Create medical treatment plans based on assessments.
• Prepare for and/or perform venipuncture.
• Administer medications following AllHealth Network procedures.
• Obtain, carry out, and authenticate physician orders.
• Organize and prioritize shift duties in the facility.
• Review daily census for accuracy.
• Prepare clients for discharge.
• Mentor LPN, BHT, and HCA colleagues.
• Attend nursing department meetings (75%).
• Adhere to confidentiality laws (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, HITECH).
• Willingness to work varied shifts as needed.

Registered Nurse - Sage Ridge - AllHealth Network

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality medical care within our residential and detox programs. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting individuals through stabilization and recovery. Our programs provide a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused setting for individuals navigating substance use and behavioral health challenges.

What You'll Do

• Assess and document clients' vital signs, TPR BP (sit/stand while on detox) pain, pulse ox, physical and emotional state and reporting abnormalities in a timely manner
• Provide appropriate care in case of emergencies by being present assessing and triage of medical situation
• Chart observations and conditions for detox period including abnormalities
• Accurately complete documentation and chart checks
• Perform admission nursing assessment and review admit form
• Create medical treatment plans based on assessment of medical needs
• Prepare for and/or perform venipuncture
• Administer and account for medication following AllHealth Network Procedures
• Obtain, carry out, and authenticate physician orders
• Organize and prioritize shift duties in facility
• Review daily census and assure accuracy
• Procedure for preparing clients for discharge
• Provide guidance and mentoring of LPN, BHT. And HCA functions
• Attend 75% of nursing department meetings
• Adheres to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on business needs and client requirements
• Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Current, active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• One year of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope of practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Understanding or willingness to learn substance use disorders and detox care processes.
• Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and professional maturity.

• Valid Colorado driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record if driving for business purposes.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of continuous sobriety is required.

Position Details:

Part-time (2 shifts a week) or

Full-time (3 shifts per week - Sun/Mon/Tues or Thurs/Fri/Sat preferred)
Nights
Watkins, CO (Near SE Aurora)

Compensation:

$40 - $46 an hour
$6/hour shift differential for hours worked between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM and all day Saturday and Sunday

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
