Job summary

AllHealth Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for Sage Ridge in Watkins, CO to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced detox and residential setting. This role supports stabilization and recovery, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and guides care for individuals with substance use and behavioral health needs.

You’ll perform assessments, document vitals, administer medications, create treatment plans, and mentor LPNs, BHTs, and HCAs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Current, active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• One year of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document clients' vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Provide care in emergencies with triage and assessment.
• Chart observations for detox period and document appropriately.
• Complete documentation and chart checks.
• Perform admission nursing assessment and review admit forms.
• Create medical treatment plans based on assessments.
