AllHealth Network's Sage Ridge team in Watkins, CO seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality medical care within residential and detox programs. The role thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and supports individuals through stabilization and recovery.

You will assess vital signs, document care, manage emergencies, and collaborate with LPNs, BHTs, and HCAs. A valid Colorado RN license, CPR/First Aid, and a background in behavioral health are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• One year of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope of practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Understanding or willingness to learn substance use disorders and detox care processes.
• Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and professional maturity.
• Commitment to AllHealth Network’s mission, values, and standards of care.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record if driving for business purposes.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of continuous sobriety is required.

Responsabilités

• Assess and document clients’ vital signs, pain, and emotional state; report abnormalities promptly.
• Provide care in emergencies by triage and assessment.
• Chart observations and conditions for detox period.
• Accurately complete documentation and chart checks.
• Perform admission nursing assessment and review admit form.
• Create medical treatment plans based on assessment of medical needs.
• Prepare for and/or perform venipuncture.
• Administer and account for medications following all procedures.
• Obtain, carry out, and authenticate physician orders.
• Organize and prioritize shift duties in facility.
• Review daily census and assure accuracy.
• Discharge preparation and planning.
• Provide guidance and mentoring of LPN, BHT, and HCA functions.
• Attend 75% of nursing department meetings.
• Adhere to confidentiality laws (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, HITECH).
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on business needs and client requirements.
• Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
