Job summary

Harborview Tifton, a faith-based organization, seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled care setting. You will oversee medications, assessments, and resident safety while coordinating with CNAs, LPNs, and families.

Active RN license in good standing is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and professional growth opportunities are offered.

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
