Job summary

Encompass Health in Moline, IL is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical teams in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will oversee care delivery, ensure policy implementation, and mentor nursing staff, while maintaining a patient-centered approach that aligns with our values.

The role emphasizes collaboration with administrators and nursing management, performance evaluations, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BSN or related field preferred.
• CRRN certification and ACLS within one year of starting position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, including feedback, evaluations, and counseling.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and build meaningful patient relationships.

• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
