Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs.
• Liaison between administration and nursing management.
• Supervise nursing care and treatment provided.
• Monitor and manage staff performance.
• Build relationships with patients for successful recovery.
