Encompass Health Corporation in Memphis, TN seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical teams within inpatient rehabilitation. You will supervise nursing care, implement standardized patient care programs, and coordinate with administration to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, staff development, and delivering compassionate, tailored care. A BSN with RN licensure and ACLS/BLS are expected to be completed within a year, with CRRN encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state is required.
• BSN education preferred or related field.
• CRRN certification within one year; ACLS/BLS within one year.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff including feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Provide patient care when needed and build relationships addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
