The Nurse Supervisor will lead an Orthopedic/Neuroscience Unit serving patients with complex musculoskeletal, spinal, neurological, and postoperative needs in a dynamic medical-surgical setting. This specialty medical-surgical unit provides valuable exposure to coordinated care, patient education, mobility recovery, pain management, and discharge planning. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager will receive operational guidance, administrative resources, and collaborative support while overseeing daily staffing, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, patient flow, team engagement, and clinical practice standards.
