Job summary

Advocate Health’s Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee seeks a RN Nursing Supervisor for the 11S Spine/ENT Joint Surgical units to lead day-to-day operations. You will coach staff, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, quality patient care in a busy specialty setting.

The role requires a BSN, RN license, 3+ years of experience, and BLS certification, with full-time hours, PM/night shifts, and weekend coverage in a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing and RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience; not suitable for new grads.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide work directions to staff to coordinate resources and patient flow.
• Promote quality patient care and advocate for patients and staff.
• Coordinate communication among patients, families and hospital staff.
• Develop intra- and inter-department relationships and ensure policy adherence.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement with leadership.
