Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS Certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Previous leadership role in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs.
• Act as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care and services during shifts.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Provide patient care and build relationships with patients.
