Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical teams in our inpatient rehabilitation setting near Cumming, GA. You will guide patient care, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation services.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and ongoing staff mentoring, with a focus on delivering superior patient outcomes in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within one year.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatments, and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, conduct annual evaluations, and provide feedback.

• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
