Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing assignments.
• Support admissions, discharges, and care planning processes.
• Monitor nursing documentation and clinical outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team.
