Qualifications

• Current MA RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily clinical operations of the unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving.
• Provide direct resident care as needed, including medication administration during busy periods.
