John Scott House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, operated by BaneCare Management LLC, seeks an experienced ADON/Nurse Supervisor to join the nursing leadership team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on resident care, staff support, and excellence in long-term care within a five-star CMS-rated facility.

The successful candidate will supervise nursing staff, coordinate daily clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, assist with staffing and admissions, and contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts.
