Join Parachute in McComb, MS is seeking a Physician Substitute to ensure donor health and safety and enhance the donor experience. You will work with center staff to maintain a positive environment and high-quality care during donor visits.

In this growing, fast-paced company, you will cross-train across center functions, including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station setup, with opportunities for additional responsibilities and pay growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Current state license as RN, Paramedic, LPN, Advanced/Intermediate or Basic EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive environment.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
