Job summary

The Structural Heart Coordinator at Pulse Heart Institute within MultiCare Health System will coordinate day-to-day TAVR and MitraClip programs, under the Structural COE leader, in collaboration with the heart team. The role demands the ability to establish priorities, manage multiple activities, and communicate effectively with clinicians and patients.

A strong clinical background in structural heart care is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or attained within five years from hire date.
• MSN, PhD, DNP or ARNP advanced degree preferred.
• Current Washington RN license or MLS.
• BLS/ACLS certification current.
• Three years of experience with Cardiac, Cardiothoracic or Vascular patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct day-to-day TAVR and MitraClip programs and related activities.
• Provide leadership across the system and align resources for program initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external referring physicians.
• Contribute to development of a program database and ongoing program support.
