Job summary

MultiCare Health System’s Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a Structural Heart Coordinator to lead day-to-day TAVR and MitraClip programs and upcoming structural heart initiatives. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of care across the system.

The role requires an RN with WA licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years in cardiac or vascular care, with strong leadership and clinical acumen to support program development and physician collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN with WA license; tenure-based substitution allowed for internal candidates hired before 2021
• Advanced nursing degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) preferred
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• 3+ years in cardiac, cardiothoracic or vascular care
• Clinical experience in acute care management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day TAVR and MitraClip programs under the Structural COE.
• Lead and collaborate with the heart team to manage multiple priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and program database.
• Align resources to support program initiatives and growth
