Job summary

Pulse Heart Institute in Washington State seeks a Structural Heart Coordinator to support TAVR and MitraClip programs under the Structural COE. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, set priorities, and collaborate with the heart team to deliver high-quality patient care.

This RN-led role requires WA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of cardiac or vascular patient experience, with an advanced nursing degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; advanced degree preferred.
• Current WA RN license or MLS.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Three years' experience with Cardiac, Cardiothoracic or Vascular patients.
• Clinical experience in acute care management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day TAVR and MitraClip programs under the Structural COE.
• Lead and collaborate with the heart team to set priorities and actions.
• Design and align resources to support program initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians.
• Contribute to program development and database creation.
