The Structural Heart Coordinator will play an integral role in the coordination and conduct of day-to-day TAVR and MitraClip Programs and other activities under the direction of the Structural COE leader and in collaboration with the heart team. The person in this role must be able to establish priorities and a course of action for managing several activities at once while observing deadlines, and to function and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members and patients. The Structural Heart Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and facilitating activities and services across the system regarding care for patients undergoing the TAVR procedure, the MitraClip procedure, and other procedures as new programs are developed. A strong clinical background and understanding of structural heart anomalies and treatments is essential. The ability to design and align resources to support program initiatives, program development, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external referring physicians, and development of a program database are keys to success.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $98,336.16 - $174,826.08 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
