Job summary

SNF Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking an HR/Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing schedules and support nursing and nursing aide recruitment. You will coordinate with facility management to ensure adequate coverage and address staff concerns.

You will handle daily payroll, time and attendance, and maintain DOH staffing updates. Strong communication, data entry skills, and LTC staffing experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience, or significant customer service experience
• Proficient in data entry
• Excellent communication
• 2 years of Long Term Care Staffing Experience needed

Responsibilities

• Scheduling staff to meet the needs of the Facility
• Checking in staff daily and being available to deal with their concerns
• Managing and collection information concerning usage, retention, and termination
• Print out and update daily staffing schedules
• Contact and communicate with management and department directors
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of nurses and nurses aide.
• Updating Staffing on The DOH website and posting in a timely manner
• Payroll
• Managing time and attendance of the staff
