Job summary

White Oak Manor York is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator with CNA preferred to join our 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation facility in York, SC. You will manage daily nursing staff schedules, address coverage gaps, and support nursing operations while providing direct resident care as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of healthcare or staffing experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain daily nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
Proactively fill open shifts by contacting staff and managing call-outs, absences, and schedule changes.
Prepare and distribute daily staffing assignments for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Assist with nursing department administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and communications.
