Job summary

National Health- White Oak Group seeks a compassionate CNA to join White Oak Manor York in York, SC. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the nurse while supporting mobility and care plans.

Shifts include day, evening, and night; 109-bed campus with skilled nursing rehab services. Active SC CNA registry required; health benefits after 30 days and PTO after 90 days are offered to eligible staff.

• Must be an active listing on the South Carolina CNA registry.
• Candidate should be a kind, compassionate and caring CNA who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions.
• Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper PPE use.
• Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.

We are a 109-bed beautiful campus with skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

SHIFTS at our location are

• 1st shift 7am - 3pm
• 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm
• 3rd shift 11pm - 7am
