White Oak Manor York in York, SC is seeking CNAs for night shifts to support residents in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. This role emphasizes ADLs assistance, vital sign checks, and accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina CNA registry listing is required.
• CNA duties include assisting residents with ADLs and daily activities.
• Must observe and report changes to the nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions.
• Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.

Facility location: White Oak Manor York - 111 S Congress Street, York, SC 29745 - 803-684-0035 We are a 109-bed beautiful campus with skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

SHIFTS at our location are

• 1st shift 7am - 3pm
• 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm
• 3rd shift 11pm - 7am

What You’ll Do
