Job summary

White Oak Manor York in York, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN) to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Shifts available: 1st 7am-3pm, 2nd 3pm-11pm, 3rd 11pm-7am. We value kindness, reliability, and adherence to care plans, with opportunities for training and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be an active listing on the South Carolina CNA registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions.
• Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
