Huntsville Memorial Hospital seeks a House Supervisor to lead nursing staff per shift, ensuring safe patient care and regulatory compliance. You will act as a resource, advocate, and coordinator across units, guiding staff and coordinating outcomes with the Chief Nursing Officer.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, 3+ years of nursing experience including Charge RN, and active BLS. ACLS/PALS or STABLE may be required within specified timelines. BSN preferred.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in Texas required or eligible.
• BSN preferred.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience and at least one year as Charge RN preferred.
• BLS certification within 60 days of employment; ACLS and PALS/STABLE within 90 days or as required.

Aufgaben

• Plan staffing for each shift with Staffing Coordinator and Nurse Managers.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care across clinical areas.
• Act as patient advocate and liaison to physicians, staff, and families.
• Document incidents, feedback, and performance observations for staff evaluations.
• Oversee inventory, crash carts, bed assignments and infection control compliance.
