Job summary

Heritage Post Acute in Florence, SC is seeking a dependable RN or LPN to join our nursing team on second shift, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM.

Responsibilities include providing quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting conditions, and communicating changes to the care team. You will supervise CNAs and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
