Heritage Post Acute in Florence, SC is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift LPN/RN to join our care team. You’ll provide high-quality nursing during overnight hours, monitor patients, administer medications, and support residents and families in a calm, compassionate environment.

This onsite role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and documentation, with opportunities to grow while delivering excellent care in a facility that values empathy and professional standards.
