Responsibilities
  1. Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll according to established policies and procedures.
  2. Serve as the primary nursing center contact for all employee needs related to scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll.
  3. Balance nursing center staffing needs, employee schedule preferences, and financial performance.
  4. Utilize software to minimize overtime and nursing agency spend while ensuring nursing hours per patient day (HPPD) and salary expenses stay within budget.
  5. Lead the nursing center's Labor Management Team to proactively manage labor performance against Key Performance Indicators, optimizing clinical, financial, and human resource outcomes.
  6. Maintain consistent nursing staff coverage at all times.
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of previous work experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care, with a proven track record in scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 per hour
