Qualifications

• Certified CNA or Qualified Medication Assistant; may serve as CNA during staffing needs.
• At least 6 months experience scheduling CNAs/QMAs/Nurses.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and posts work schedules in a timely manner to meet staffing needs.
• Builds relationships with care team members for open shifts.
• Maintains contact numbers for call-in.
• Coordinates time-off approvals with the Director of Nursing.
• Notifies leadership of potential staffing shortages.
• Manages attendance records and reports to HR/Payroll.
