Journey in Tybee Island, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Nurse Scheduler to coordinate nursing schedules, maintain staffing levels, and support operational efficiency in our healthcare facility.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Qualified Medication Assistant certification required; may function as one during staffing needs.
• At least 6 months experience scheduling CNAs, QMAs, or Nurses.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and posts work schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Builds relationships with care team members for open shifts and modifies schedules as needed.
• Maintains current listing of care team member contact numbers for call-in.
• Coordinates and obtains approval for time off requests with the Director of Nursing.
• Notifies Executive Director and Director of Nursing of potential short or critical staffing levels.
• Manages attendance records and reports information to HR/Payroll.
