Job Summary:

The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and supporting all activities of daily living to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of residents.

Essential Duties:

1. Monitoring residents’ conditions and assessing their needs to provide appropriate treatment and care.
2. Preparing and administering medication as ordered by the physician.
3. Performing routine charting duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
4. Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.

Qualifications:
