Job Summary

The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervising daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and supporting all activities of daily living to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all residents.

Essential Duties
  • Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide optimal treatment and care.
  • Preparing and administering medication as ordered by the physician.
  • Performing routine charting duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
