Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays

Training & On-site Requirements

• Complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule.
• Attend monthly clinic meetings on-site.

Job Responsibilities

The Primary Care Nurse conducts triage, identifies abnormal patient symptoms and laboratory findings, notifies physicians, and provides treatment based on established protocols. Assists with EPIC in-basket management, including telephonic and MyMercy messages, test results, and medication refill requests. Inputs orders as needed to support providers and the clinical care team.

Qualifications

LPN Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred

RN Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, or graduation from an approved nursing program, or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Active RN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
