Job summary

ECU Health Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, NC seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Medical/Surgical Unit. The role requires 24-hour accountability for unit operations and a focus on excellent patient outcomes, family engagement, workforce development, and clinical efficiency.

The position is full-time days (40 hours/week). Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, be a licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina, and possess 3–4 years of related experience.

• Three to four years related experience.
• License as a Registered Nurse, must maintain licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
