Qualifications

• BLS ( Basic Life Support ) within 90 days of hire.
• Must adhere to patient safety and care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision (mouth care, hygiene, mobility, vital signs).
• Assist with patient safety and fall prevention, reporting incidents as needed.
• Perform selected treatments and diagnostic activities under supervision.
• Assist with admissions and discharges, unit readiness, and transport of medications.
• Follow risk management and infection control policies.
