Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Nurse Resident to perform basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role requires population-specific competencies and prohibits administering medications or independent nursing assessments.

Candidates must be new graduates or eligible to graduate from an accredited nursing program and to sit for the NCLEX. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions, discharges, basic diagnostic tasks, patient safety, and essential daily care.

Qualifications

• Must be a new nurse graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program with eligibility to take the NCLEX exam.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision including safety, comfort, and daily living activities.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and room preparation.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as vital signs, glucose monitoring, and simple specimen collection.
• Participate in patient transport and support with medical regimens as directed by supervising staff.
